January 25th marks a special day for the Rapp family because it is the day that Carter was born. What a fun boy God gave us when we were blessed with Carter Rapp. He adds excitement to life. We are so thankful for you Carter. We are planning to take him out for a special lunch today as we celebrate his birthday California style. Happy Birthday Carter Rapp. We love you!
