Day 8

We are nearing the end of our journey, but the fun isn't over yet! This vacation will surely go down in my books as one of our best ever. We have had the opportunity to visit and reconnect with friends and family that we don't see often and have plugged in lots of wonderful experiences with our boys. Today was no exception. Well, what did we do today?

* Big thanks to the Hilton Head Marriott Resort for allowing us to push our check-out time back to 2:00 PM. We spent one more morning at the beach and pool, then had plenty of time to go back upstairs to shower and pack up before getting back in the van. Here are some final pictures from the beach.

* Today we traveled from Hilton Head, SC to Griffin, GA. We are spending two nights with Otis and Ellen Blake and their three boys! Otis and Todd are cousins and great friends as well. Their house is so fun - a backyard full of adventure with a ping pong table, a tree house, basketball goal, huge tree swing, go-cart, slide, hammock, etc.
* We had dinner at Chick-fil-A...but not just any Chick-fil-A, a Dwarf House! This Chick-fil-A restaurant had two sides - a normal, fast food side and then a sit down, waitress comes to take your order side. For sure this was a highlight of our trip.

* Tonight all the boys camped out in the playroom for a big slumber party.


Tomorrow we head into Atlanta for some COKE! Good night!
