Forgot to add this funny quote to my post on Wilson's Creek. When we told the boys that we were going to this Civil War battlefield site, Colton said, "I can't wait to see where the British were fighting."
I know that he is always picking up bits and pieces as he hears the books that we read for home school. In this case, he knew that America fought against the British in some war.
