One of the best parts of our summers at K-West are the guys and gals that my kids get to hang with! Fun friends who love Jesus, love our kids and love to have fun. Right now we have Clay Thomas and Emily Aiken as kid-sitters and they have been doing some fun outings with the Rapp boys. They have made two trips to the K-1 slip and slide. Thought it would be fun to share this clip of Clay and Colton on the slide. Colton obviously needed a little help to move down the slide so Clay was right there to help.
Other fun activities that we have been doing:
*Hunter organized a play! He gathered the props, made sure we all had our scripts and starred as the main character in a little production of "Charlie's Choice." It was a cute little play from our Clubhouse magazine.
*Clay, Emily and the boys went to Branson today to play at the Butterfly Palace and then had a picnic down at the Branson Landing.
*We went to Persimmon Hill Berry Farm for delicious blueberry pancakes with all of the boys. They loved the pancakes. If you haven't been to Persimmon Hill Berry Farm - it is well worth the trip out to Lampe, MO!
*Lots of adventures at the K-West Dock! The boys love to go down to the lake and play King of the Dock, ride in a canoe, ride on a jet ski, etc. In fact, yesterday we took the boys to the dock and worked on water skiing with Hunter and Connor!
*Connor and Carter are attempting to ride their bikes....without training wheels! Wow, big stuff for these two boys!
