It's crunch time!
Well the next two days will be packed full with details before our trip to Califormia! Details like this: What suitcases do we take? Will the suitcase fit as a carry-on? Do I need to make one more trip to Wal-Mart? How do I pack minimally for five people, for ten days away? (at least Todd packs himself!) What will the weather be like? How do we get four boys, suitcases, car seats, backpacks, etc. through LAX? Why is the one flight from Springfield to LAX so late? Just another chance to trust God with all the details. We really are excited! Details have come together very smoothly and with Todd on my team, I know it will all work. Thankful for this opportunity to do some work for Kanakuk AND get to take our boys on a fantastic trip.

Instead of packing 5 carry ons and stressing out about making everything fit into that size and having everyone drag around all their stuff, pack one big bag for the boys and just pay the extra money for one! That will help with the travel stress! That is my travel advice! :)
YOU CAN DO IT! At least all of your boys can carry their own back pack. That helps. Poor Connor, however, is probably not enjoying the minimalist packing! Has he learned the benefits of packing light?
