Homeschooling

I love homeschooling! And I love it even more when we have friends who are also homeschooling. It creates community for my kiddos. Yesterday was one of those opportunities to hang with friends and learn something new. A dear friend taught the kids a fun lesson that tied into Groundhog Day. They learned about the history of this funny holiday, where it came from and lots about groundhogs. They put all of their new facts and knowledge into a Lapbook. Here are the students showing off their work. Hunter and Connor really enjoyed the day and Hunter wanted to tell me all that he had learned once he got home.
