This weekend Todd and I had talked about taking a date night. As I was mentioning this to the boys, I told them that they would have a babysitter. Well, they kindly suggested that dad be the babysitter and mom could go on the date by myself. They wanted dad to be home with them!
Most of the time I don't get sad, I just smile knowing what a blessing it is that our boys love their dad! But let me admit, it sure is fun when they pick mom for something special! Just the other day Hunter said, "I'd really like it if mom took us to that museum!" I almost fell over!
